[linch•pin]
noun
because you have been there whenever we have needed you
because your voice is critical to restore humanity to American healthcare
This initiative builds off a previous collaboration between the R3 Resilient Nurse Initiative, led by Dr. Cynda Rushton of the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, and Slow Talk, which highlighted the relational crisis nurses — particularly frontline nurse managers — across the country face every day. That initial report and corresponding podcast generated coverage in Becker’s, AJN and others. Now, in partnership with AONL and AACN, the purpose of this initiative is to safely and anonymously amplify nurse leaders’ voices to effect change in how we, as a society, support nurses more effectively and sustainably.
